Disclaimer: If your machine has an active warranty (any brand), you must take that machine to the dealer which you purchased it from for repair, keep in mind while parts are covered under warranty labor often is not. Exceptions include Janome and Bernina machines which were purchased out of state and now need to be transferred to the dealer of your choice closest to your new residence.
